To all adults who are suffering and all the parents of teenagers who are struggling, we want you to have hope.

To struggle, to experience sadness and anxiety at times, is to be human.  Every emotion has a purpose.   They are carriers of messages, stories that need to be heard, felt deep within body and integrated.  It is only when we listen that we can investigate their origin and truthfulness.`

Wholeness begins when we first change how we SEE our experiences.  Shutting down, numbing, avoiding, judging our experience as wrong in any way creates physical armouring and fragmentation.  You are not your thoughts or your emotions, they arise within the spacious container that you are.  When you expand your vision,  widen your camera lens so to speak, you discover you have much more potential than can ever be expressed in one moment. You are never complete, never broken, always capable of growth.

We are committed to creating a nurturing community where people feel they can contribute as well as participate, support one another, make new friends, grow in confidence and learn–in-relationship with others.
